This was taken on the NHTG Heritage Crafts course with Alwyn and Tony from Fisher Decorations, Stafford.
Great course that ran over three sessions, a week at a time. The focus was on quartered oak figure graining, sienna and vert de mare marbling and oil gilding. we started at the Harrow and Weald museum with other trades and finished at the Fisher Decorations workshop with written exam.
